How does the free trial work?
Choose the yearly plan and the first 7 days are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. The app reminds you before it ends.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Better Human. Cancel at least 24 hours before your plan renews.
Does one membership cover my kids?
Yes. Your membership opens everything on your iPhone, including a profile for each of your children.
Are prices the same outside the US?
The App Store shows prices in your local currency, which can differ slightly from the US prices here.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
