The story

A huge crowd followed Jesus to a grassy hillside by the Sea of Galilee. Jesus asked his friend Philip where they could buy bread for so many people. Philip said that even a lot of money could not buy enough for everyone to have a little. Then Andrew said that a boy there had five small barley loaves and two fish. Jesus asked the people to sit down on the grass. He took the boy's loaves, thanked God for them and handed them out. He did the same with the fish. Thousands of people ate as much as they wanted. Then the disciples gathered the leftovers, and they filled twelve baskets. A small lunch in Jesus' hands was more than enough for everyone.
